There's an old saying in the world "everybody's a critic" and that saying couldn't be any more true what with us having the internet. However these are the top six people who I think are terrible at their job and/or hobby. Now before any of you think something let me explain. 1) No I don't consider myself to be a better reviewer than these guys but I like to think I'm somewhat decent. Hell I don't even consider myself to be a critic I prefer the term "Film Buff" more than anything. Sure I do give my opinions of certain movies but unlike these guys I don't want you to take them as a fact. 2) If any of you out there are fans of these people okay fine I'm not bashing you for enjoying what you like well expect for one person's fanbase but I'll get into that later. 3) If any of you do know who these guys are, please do me a favor and don't troll or harass them. The last thing I won't this blog to have is some sort of controversy. So enough of me wasting your time let's get right into the countdown. These are my top six picks of who I think are the worst internet critics ever.
#6. Ralph Sepe Jr. aka ralphthemoviemaker
Now Ralph would be higher up on the list but I only discovered him recently so he's at the very bottom. The reason why I think Ralph is a bad film critic is quite simple he's a pompous ass. He's one of those critics who think just because they made a couple of shorts films that means they can be a complete film snob. Seriously that's his attitude. He made six short films and he thinks he's in the same league as Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, or Stanley Kubrick. Another reason why I hate him is he's reviews are so dull. I've never been so bored watching or listening to someone review a movie. Ralph lacks so much charisma that it's just painful to listen to him. Then there was his crusade against Zack Snyder. Which was just cringe. Those "Zack Snyder reviews" videos just made him look bad instead of Snyder. It also didn't help that all he was doing was embarrassing himself. Also he's fanbase sucks! I know that no one can control their fanbase but if you so much as make even the slightest constructive criticism of him he's white knights will come to defend their film reviewing god! Seriously their
that unbearable. Good to know Ralph brings out the best in people.

#5. TheMysteriousMrEnter
Now some of you probably don't know this about me but I enjoy watching cartoons whether it's a TV show or movie ever once in awhile but if there was somebody who I think should stop reviewing cartoons it would be TheMysteriousMrEnter. Which by the way how can he still call himself "TheMysteriousMrEnter" when he has shown his face in photos, videos, and his face is on his avatar it's just weird. Now I'm going to be honest I use to be a fan of his. But then I realized something MrEnter is not a critic he's a nitpicker and he also takes cartoons way too seriously. Like 95% of his videos are just him ranting and raving about the most trivial stuff and the other 5% is an actual criticism. One of the worst parts of MrEnter is he's a hypocrite when it comes to certain shows (most notably My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic because he likes that show). On one hand he doesn't like it when a show plays abuse for laughs but yet his Fairy OddPet review he portrayed a Nickelodeon executive as an abusive parent. Then he claims flash animation is bad but yet people have pointed out that his favorite show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is made with the same animation. Also he apparently doesn't like jokes that involve sex or are sexually related, making fun of homosexuality, jokes about AIDS and herpes, or shock humor. Now yes some of those can be done in poor taste but sometimes their pretty funny. Also MrEnter sure does like morals...a lot. He just can't get enough morals. But in all seriousness the guy is obsessed with finding morals in cartoons it's kind of annoying & pointless because not all cartoon shows put morals in their episodes.
Can someone tell him to get rid of the "Newsboy cap". The 1920s ended a long time ago. |
#4. Nathaniel Wayne of Council of Geeks
Now I'll give Nathaniel this. He is very critical when he's reviewing Doctor Who or television. But movie wise I wouldn't trust he's opinion on them if my life depended on it. I mean he is clearly bias on what comic book cinematic universe he loves the most. Don't believe well look at the titles to these videos. Which are real by the way and I didn't them make up what so ever.

I mean he is clearly bias on what comic book cinematic universe he loves the most. Don't believe well look at the titles to these videos. Which are real by the way and I didn't them make up what so ever.
Let's start off with the Fox/Marvel
"Why X-Men: Dark Phoenix is Going to Suck" (He made this video when the title was simply announced. Not when we got magazine photos or a teaser trailer just a title announcement. How can you tell if something is going to suck just by a title announcement? That makes no sense.)
"Why the Deadpool Animated Series is a Bad Idea"
"There Might Be an X-23 Movie...Don't Screw this Up, Fox!" (Hey Nathaniel news flash if you don't want people to think your a cynical asshole you might not want to add things like don't screw this up to whatever studio your talking about. Especially when Fox hasn't even said they are officially making an X-23 film.)
Let's see his opinions on Sony/Marvel
"Venom Movie Story is Hinted At - And The News Isn't Good" (This is the third time he's bashed the movie and around the time we got that announcement we have yet to see even a teaser trailer. Nathaniel word of advice. Criticize the movie's final product instead of little things like an announcement or hint!)
"Morbius - ANOTHER Spider-Man Spin-off Movie...Expect it Isn't a Terrible Idea" (And a Venom movie or a team-up movie with Black Cat & Silver Sable isn't a terrible idea either.)
"Carnage in the Venom Movie - Let's Not Rush This" (Another Venom solo movie hate video. What is with him and having a hate boner for this film? Because yet again around this time there still wasn't any footage yet.)
"Venom Solo Movie - Sony, WHAT are You Thinking?!?" (Why is Venom having his own solo movie such a bad thing? It's not like he doesn't have any material to work with.)
Now onto the DC Extended Universe
"DC Movies Rant - Somebody Stop Them!"
"Why The DCEU Needs to FAIL - An Angry Rant" (Wow Nathaniel you really want people to know how bias you are don't you? Also since it's a rant is it even necessary to put the word "angry" in the title? Sorry if I sounds like I'm nitpicking I just think it's a weird thing to do.)
"Should Warner Bros. Sell DC Comics to Disney" (I swear that is everybody's answer. Oh X-Men: Apocalypse got mixed reviews, sell the rights to Disney. People online made a hyperbolic comments saying Suicide Squad gave them cancer, sell the rights to Disney even thought they would never make a Suicide Squad movie because Disney.)
"Can Wonder Woman Save the DCEU?" (The DC Extended Universe never needed "saving".)
"DCEU Villains: The Problem Nobody is Talking About" (Because The MCU has never done a bad job with their villains before. *cough The Mandarin in Iron Man 3 & Ultron in Avengers: Age of Ultron cough*.)
Now the big one the Marvel Cinematic Universe
"Black Panther Trailer Review & Thoughts - Long Live the King"
"Spider-Man: Homecoming Review - A Return to Greatness for the Wallcrawler" (I wouldn't really call Spider-Man: Homecoming a return to greatness. I mean all of the Spider-Man films in my opinion range from great (Spider-Man 2) to okay (Spider-Man 3 & The Amazing Spider-Man 2).)
"Why the "MJ Thing" in Spider-Man: Homecoming is BRILLIANT" (As someone who enjoyed Spider-Man: Homecoming the "MJ thing" was not brilliant it was stupid.)
"How Continuity Could Kill the MCU - A Geeky Ramble" (In other words the Marvel Cinematic Universe is so great it don't need no stinking continuity.)
"Black Panther Full Trailer - An Excited Geek's Thoughts" (What is with him and putting the word geek or geeky in the title of his videos? Dude we get it your a geek. For crying out loud your part of a YouTube channel called Council of Geeks.)
So yeah I not trusting Mr. Wayne's opinions on comic books films ever since he has shown his true colors.
#3. ERod aka The Blockbuster Buster
Oh boy this guy. Believe it or not you could actually make your own blog based on how awful he is at reviewing movies. I mean seriously despite being called "The Blockbuster Buster" his doesn't know that much about movies. He called Batman Forever a reboot when it was actually a sequel, he criticized Ang Lee's Hulk (which if I'm being honest it's just alright not bad) for having too much substance, and in his review for The Last Airbender he stated that there were no white people in the Avatar universe. When there were it's just that the writers, animators, and actors back then didn't really want to make a big deal or boast about how diverse there show was. Unlike today's entertainers. Also ERod's character The Blockbuster Buster is a total Mary Sue. Seriously in his latest reviews his character can beat up Superman, Batman, Deadshot, The Joker, Wolverine, Apocalypse, Aang, Zuko, M. Bison, Mario, Spider-Man, The Fantastic Four, and The Lone Ranger with complete ease and without breaking a sweat. And despite calling himself a "DC fanboy" he sure does like to bash DC Comics. Unless there the cartoons that Bruce Timm and Paul Dini made in the 90's and early 2000's such as Batman: The Animated Series or Justice League. And his comedy oh boy his comedy. He is awful at being funny. All of his jokes and skits are painful to watch and listen to. Basically ERod is everything wrong with this Nostalgia Critic-esque style of reviewing.
#2. Lewis Lovhaug aka Linkara (Host of Atop The Fourth Wall)
Oh great another internet critic I used to be a fan of but not anymore. So If any of you don't know who Lewis (Linkara) is I'll explain. He's the host of the internet webshow Atop The Fourth Wall. Where he reviews bad comic books. And like I said before I use to be a fan of his. But the more and more I watched his videos I started to realize something. The dude is a feminist/social justice warrior. Because as we all know those people are the most sane. Now to be fair his does have a lot of good criticism for the comic books he's reviewing but then out of nowhere he'll complain about something trivial like noticing Wonder Woman's side boob or when Black Widow has an ass shot that's not offensive at all. And it's kind of hypocritical of him to say comic book artists/writers are perverts when he has a history of looking at porn. Basically what I'm saying is the more and more he rants and raves about all of this "offensive" things he noticed in comics the more and more I wanted to stop watching his videos. I mean how can I take what he says seriously when out of nowhere he'll go on a third-wave feminist/sjw tirade over something pointless like Harley Quinn wearing booty shorts.

You ain't fooling anyone Bob. Ever rational person knows Ghostbusters (2016) sucked. |
#1. Bob Chipman aka MovieBob
Do you ever wonder what would happen if you take Ralph's attitude of knowing what's best for Hollywood, Nathaniel Wayne's bias towards the DC Extended Universe, and Linkara's feminism/sjw personality and put them all together? Well then you wind up with MovieBob. I really can't stand this guy. Bob is always acting like he knows the ins and outs of the entertainment industry when he reality he doesn't. He's just some 37 year old man who thinks he knows the ins and outs of the entertainment industry. And like I said above, he hates the DC Extended Universe. He hates it so much that he made a four hour long review about how Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is the worst movie ever made (which it isn't. Also that rant is longer that the extended cut of the movie.) and then there's he's How to Fix the DC Extended Universe videos (does anybody else hate those "How to Fix this franchise" videos as much as I do?) And if he's opinions of movies is bad you don't want to know about his opinions on video games. Basically during the whole GamerGate fiasco he believed all the clickbait articles on how gamers are awful people (which I guess he thinks he's an awful person considering he's a Nintendo fanboy). Then he made a video on how PC gaming is dead. One of he's reasons being the rise of laptops. Which doesn't make any sense because a laptop is a computer where you can play PC games on. Then he's must infamous moment was when he called Bungie racist because they gave the Spartans from Halo blue eyes...Yeah he's this dumb. Now there's a lot of other things to criticized Bob on but I think I've said enough.
So that's my list of people who I think are terrible internet critics. Now I am going to make a list of internet critics who I think are good. But that list won't come until March 26th. Until then enjoy all of the other post I'll be uploading.
